Hello, I am an Italian wine professional and a certified Sommelier (AIS). I am currently working on a project to relaunch a native grape variety from my region. Since we are producing a sparkling wine, I am very interested in seeing firsthand what I consider to be the best production area in the world for this style of wine. My preference would be the Reims area, but I am open to exploring other areas as well. I am looking for a solution or package that includes both accommodation and meals.
